Sentry in Stevens Point, Wisconsin is seeking a Senior Document Processing Tech to design, create, and modify complex documents, forms and templates using word processing and document development systems.

You will train staff, help set department standards, and work with customers to clarify project needs, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality and quality while embracing hybrid work arrangements.

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 2 years of related work experience.

Are you an expert in word processing & document development systems? We're looking for a Document Processing Tech Sr to help our team create, shape complex documents, forms & templates

We're looking for a Documents Processing Tech Sr to utilize their expertise in word processing and document development systems to create and modify complex documents and forms for our customers. In this role, you'll also assist in developing department standard, procedures and provide valuable technical expertise and training to both our document technicians and customers.

What You'll Do

• Utilize technical expertise of word processing/document development hardware/software to create and modify programs to produce complex documents, templates and forms.
• Communicate with customers to determine and/or clarify project needs and may discuss other available options that would meet project requirements, and help customer to determine best design, format or system to meet project needs.
• Train other documents staff on the usage of setup features to ensure best results for customers.
• Assist in setting standards for departmental processes

What it Takes

• Associate Degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 2 years of related work experience
• Significant knowledge, experience and proficiency with a variety of word processing/document development systems (software and/or mainframe applications).
• Overall personal computer (PC), keyboard, transcription, spelling and grammar skills.
• Analytical, communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work efficiently and accurately.
• Ability to work flexible schedules to accommodate system downtime or unusually heavy workloads.
• Ability to type at least 60 words per minute is required.
