Job summary

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in document controls within infrastructure environments, plus strong knowledge of lifecycle management and tools like SharePoint, Procore,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience required.
• 7+ years of document controls experience on large infrastructure/engineering projects.
• Public-sector or transportation agency environment experience preferred.
• Strong document lifecycle, revision control, and records management knowledge.
• Experience with document management platforms (SharePoint, Procore, e-Builder, Aconex, ProjectWise).

Responsibilities

• Lead document control activities for major infrastructure projects through design and construction.
• Maintain and organize drawings, specifications, contracts, submittals, RFIs, reports, and technical records.
• Manage workflows, revision control, transmittals, and distribution per project procedures.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, contractors, and client reps.
• Ensure proper archiving, indexing, and electronic document management system maintenance.
• Monitor status, deadlines, and deliverables; resolve discrepancies.
