Job summary

Luster National, Inc. is seeking a Document Control Manager in Baltimore, MD to lead the document control function for major infrastructure programs, including highways, bridges, and transit.

You will manage version control, metadata accuracy, and audit readiness while coordinating with IT, PM, design, and QA teams to meet contract requirements and regulatory obligations. This role targets experienced professionals capable of driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in engineering or related field required or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of hands-on document control on large, complex infrastructure projects.
• Experience with drawings, RFIs, submittals and correspondence.
• Familiarity with ISO-based document control standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of document control across complex programs.
• Develop and deliver training and onboarding for project personnel.
• Ensure adherence to policies, retention schedules, and ISO standards.
• Oversee document lifecycle and audit readiness across all phases.
• Administer enterprise document management systems and access control.
• Collaborate with PM, design, construction, legal, and QA teams.
