You will drive document control processes, support ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS9100, and audit activities, and lead improvement initiatives across engineering, quality, and operations.

Qualifications

6–8 years of experience in document control or quality systems within a regulated manufacturing environment.
Experience with PLM, QMS, ERP, or electronic document management systems.
Knowledge of change control, revision control, records retention, and quality management systems.
Experience supporting audits and compliance activities.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

Manage creation, review, approval, distribution, revision, and archival of controlled documents and records.
Maintain document control processes, standards, and procedures for consistency and compliance.
Administer document numbering, revision control, retention, and records management.
Coordinate changes with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and operations.
Support audits and compliance activities and drive process improvements in document control.
