Qualifications

• 6-8 years of document control and quality systems experience in a regulated environment.
• Experience supporting PLM, QMS, ERP, or electronic document management systems.
• Knowledge of change control, revision control, records retention, and audits.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage creation, review, approval, distribution, revision, and archival of controlled documents.
• Maintain document control processes, standards, and procedures for consistency and compliance.
• Administer document numbering, revision control, retention, and records management.
• Ensure documents are accurate, accessible, and current; support cross-functional activities.
• Lead document control projects to improve workflows and reduce cycle times.
• Support audits by providing required documentation and records.
• Train employees on document control requirements and best practices.
