Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Document Control Manager to lead and oversee all document management activities across design and construction phases of a Design-Build project. You will establish, maintain, and enforce project document control procedures for records, transmittals, reports, calculations, models, and contract documents.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of document control on large-scale infrastructure or design-build projects.
• Experience with EDMS/CDE and structured document lifecycles.
• Proficiency with Procore, ProjectWise, SharePoint, Aconex, or ACC.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain project document control processes and workflows.
• Manage incoming/outgoing project documentation and ensure compliance with requirements.
• Administer EDMS/CDE and associated workflows; maintain registers/logs.
