Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a senior project controls leader to guide the function for major Design-Build transportation pursuits and projects in the United States. You will oversee planning, scheduling, estimating, forecasting, change management, and financial reporting to enable commercially sound decisions.

Reporting to the Major Projects Commercial Director, you will collaborate with Project Managers and Operations Managers, develop pricing, schedules, and performance insights to support both

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Finance, Construction Management or related field.
• 10+ years of in the field of design-build projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project controls function across pursuit and project execution, establishing and maintaining schedule and cost baselines that support disciplined delivery.
• Develop and maintain high-quality CPM schedules in Primavera P6 with accurate scope, dependencies, constraints and risks.
• Drive consistency in cost estimating, forecasting, earned value, progress reporting and performance metrics.
• Represent Arcadis in client discussions related to schedule and pricing proposals.
• Review complex RFPs and support Commercial teams with dispute resolution and risk identification.
• Mentor team members and develop project controls capability.
