Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Document Control Manager in Atlanta, GA to lead and oversee all project document management activities through design and construction phases of a major Design-Build project.

You will administer EDMS/CDE workflows, maintain registers, and ensure proper filing structures while coordinating with Owner, Contractor, and design teams to meet submission deadlines and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of document control experience on large-scale infrastructure, transportation, design-build, or engineering projects.
• Experience with EDMS/CDE platforms (Procore, ProjectWise, SharePoint, Aconex, ACC).
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain project document control processes, procedures, and workflows.
• Coordinate submission of design packages and reports; track milestones from preliminary to RFC.
• Produce regular document control reports, dashboards, and compliance reviews.
• Serve as primary interface for document control with Owner, Contractor, Designer disciplines and subconsultants.
