Arcadis in the United States seeks a senior project controls leader to oversee CPM scheduling, cost estimating and forecasting for major design-build transportation programs. You will work with Project Managers and Operations Managers to deliver commercially sound decisions and robust performance insights.

The role emphasizes discipline across planning, scheduling, change management and risk, with direct interaction with clients and senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Leader capable of running the project controls function across pursuits and projects.
• Strong ability to communicate schedule, cost, risk and performance to teams and leadership.
• Deep understanding of state DOT and Federal Highway Administration requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead project controls across pursuit and project execution with baselines for schedule and cost.
• Develop and maintain high-quality CPM schedules and reflect scope, dependencies and risks.
• Drive consistency in cost estimating, forecasting, earned value, progress reporting and metrics.
• Represent Arcadis in client discussions on schedule and pricing proposals.
• Support risk, change, and claims management and assist with dispute resolution.
• Mentor and develop project controls staff.
