Job summary

This role leads the project controls function across pursuits and projects, ensuring schedules, baselines, and performance insights support timely, commercially sound decisions.

You’ll partner with Project Managers and Operations to develop pricing, schedules, and delivery insights for proposals and execution.

Qualifications

• Lead the project controls function across pursuit and project execution.
• Develop and maintain CPM schedules in Primavera P6.
• Drive consistency in cost estimating, forecasting, earned value and reporting.
• Represent Arcadis in client discussions on schedule and pricing proposals.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain schedule and cost baselines for disciplined delivery.
• Mentor team members and delegate project controls tasks to build capability.
• Support proposal development and project execution with pricing, scheduling and performance insights.
