Louisiana Bridge Builders is seeking a Document Control Coordinator Lead to manage project documentation for the I-10 Calcasieu River Bridge in Lake Charles, LA. You will coordinate with clients and third parties, implement a robust document management system, and oversee related contracts to support design and construction efforts.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or a 10+ year equivalent experience, with prior senior or lead experience preferred.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, business management, construction management, or related field, or a high school diploma with 10+ years of document control experience.
• Prior senior or lead experience is preferred.
• Experience with RIB CS, ACONEX, Project Wise, Fielwire or THINKPROJECT is preferred.

Mansioni

• Coordinate and manage project document control for the Lake Charles project.
• Resolve document control issues with clients and third parties to obtain final approvals.
• Develop and implement a document management system to satisfy contract, procurement and construction needs.
• Manage contracts related to document control and assess risks for reporting.
• Support the execution stage and ensure proper transmission of documents to the project team.
