• 7+ years of progressive document control experience on large capital projects.
• Experience with EDMS or document management platforms.
• Ability to coordinate reviews and approvals across cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience maintaining document registers, transmittal logs, and controlled repositories.
• Experience supporting audits and closeout documentation.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain document control systems and metadata.
