Primoris Energy Services is seeking a diligent Document Control Lead to manage all project site document control activities for our power infrastructure projects in the United States. You will oversee engineering drawings, specifications, vendor data, RFIs, submittals, field revisions, and as-built records, ensuring latest revisions reach construction teams.

On-site role requiring strong organizational skills, experience with ACC, and ability to coordinate with field engineers, subs, and client

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 4-8 years of document control experience on EPC projects.
• Direct on-site experience at construction sites is required.
• Experience with ACC or similar DMS and Power BI preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead and manage all document control activities at the project job site.
• Maintain control of drawings, specifications, vendor data, RFIs, submittals, field revisions, and as-built docs.
• Ensure latest approved revisions are distributed to construction teams and obsolete documents are removed.
• Serve as on-site administrator for document management systems (ACC).
• Process and track transmittals, submittals, RFIs, NCRs, and other project records.
• Coordinate with field engineers, superintendents, subcontractors, and client reps to ensure timely document flow.
• Generate reports/dashboards to track document metrics and performance.
