Synchrony Financial is seeking an AVP, Data Loss Prevention Engineer to lead an enterprise DLP program, crafting policies to detect and protect sensitive data across the organization.

You will collaborate with cyber security teams and business stakeholders to define strategy and roadmap, ensure regulatory compliance (PCI-DSS, HIPAA), and drive data protection initiatives. Travel may be required.
