The role is based in downtown Houston with hybrid work options (home Mondays and Fridays) and requires independent work with minimal supervision. The position involves ensuring timely royalty payments, analyzing complex title documents, and coordinating with accounting on revenues.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or college degree
• 7 years of experience as a Division Order Analyst
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Well organized and flexible
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to balance multiple priorities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain accurate ownership divisions of interest in Enertia Land
• Ensure timely royalty payments per state statutes
• Analyze title opinions, contracts, leases, and related documents to determine ownership
• Collaborate with Land staff to clear and cure title
• Process probate information and transfer documents from interest owners
• Maintain divisions of interest during payouts and recompletions
• Provide area updates and coordinate with Accounting on revenue distribution
• Assist with audits of suspense funds and SOX controls
• Handle data input and administration in Enertia Land System
• Respond to inquiries from owners, title attorneys, and staff
