Job summary

Rangeexternal is seeking a Senior Division Order Analyst to organize and analyze land-related documents, and to set up divisions of interest for revenue and billing, including related decks. The role involves mentoring junior analysts in a hybrid office environment.

You will review title opinions, operating agreements, unit designations, and transfer orders, ensuring timely DOA setups and owner maintenance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in division order or land management roles.
• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• Certified Division Order Analyst (CDOA) or NADOA/DALWORTH preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze lease, contract, and title files to set up producing units for revenue and billing.
• Review title opinions, operating agreements, unit designations, plats and letters.
• Ensure timely production of DOA setups and owner maintenance before monthly deadlines.
• Monitor drilling and DOA schedules; coordinate with rig line captains and landmen.
• Mentor junior analysts and enforce SOX compliance standards.
