Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Landman or Division Order Analyst.
• Strong understanding of mineral and leasehold ownership and title examination processes.
• Experience reviewing division orders and title documents for accuracy and completeness.

Responsibilities

• Review and audit division orders and title documents for accuracy and consistency across areas.
• Confirm and calculate mineral, royalty, overriding royalty, and working interests per lease terms.
• Identify and resolve ownership discrepancies and provide corrective recommendations.
• Communicate audit findings and ownership confirmations clearly to teams and client representatives.
• Maintain organized records of ownership verification, calculations, and audit results.
• Work independently following established processes and timelines.
