Job summary

City Rescue Mission Inc is seeking a Diversion Case Manager Supervisor to lead the Day One Family Project staff and oversee CRM day-to-day operations. The role involves supervising staff, coordinating with the City Care Director, and conducting family assessments along with outreach by phone and in the field to address housing needs.

The supervisor will coordinate staffing, case assignments, service delivery, documentation, and handoffs to help families move toward safe and sustainable housing.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of case management, housing, homelessness services, or closely related experience required.
• Experience working with individuals or families experiencing homelessness or housing instability.
• Strong knowledge of housing-focused case management, community resources, and service coordination.
• Ability to coach staff, navigate complex cases, solve problems, and maintain accountability.
• Strong organizational, communication, conflict-resolution, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Day One Family Project staff and supervise CRM day-to-day operations.
• Coordinate with the City Care Director to align services.
• Perform family assessments, telephone and field engagement, and housing problem-solving.
• Manage staffing, case assignments, service delivery, documentation, and handoffs to help families move toward safe and sustainable housing.
• Schedule: 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday.
