Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of demonstrated pharmaceutical sales experience.
• 7+ years of demonstrated people-management experience.
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record.
• Strong business acumen and use of market dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 8-10 sales professionals and drive performance across the Phoenix region (Scottsdale, Chandler, Tucson East/West, Mesa).
• Apply a strong understanding of pharmaceutical products, disease states and treatment guidelines in primary care.
• Use sales metrics, market analysis and budget management insights to identify opportunities and guide decisions.
• Deliver consistent performance by coaching the team and executing strategic priorities.
• Create a collaborative, inclusive and performance-driven team environment with clear expectations.
• Identify growth opportunities and shape innovative sales strategies using market insights and customer feedback.
• Enable the team to improve customer access and impact through omnichannel selling using relevant technology.
