Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 3+ years of Sales, B2B, or Commercial experience in pharma/healthcare or related fields.
• Proven leadership capabilities and/or people management experience.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide inspirational leadership and strategic direction to the Pharmaceutical Sales Specialists (PSS).
• Coach and mentor PSSs to improve performance and develop for growth.
• Foster teamwork, trust, and cross-functional collaboration to meet objectives.
• Identify strategic business opportunities and deliver innovative solutions for customers.
• Lead multiple priorities with effective resource management to ensure high-quality output.
• Apply sound business ethics and principles to achieve standards of excellence.
