Flik Hospitality Group in Newark, NJ is seeking a seasoned Resident District Manager to oversee the United Airlines Clubs and Lounges account. You will lead the on-site team, set direction, and drive operational and financial performance to meet client expectations.

This role requires a track record in food service leadership, strong client relationships, and the ability to manage budgeting, safety, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of management experience, preferably in food service.
• Proven track record leading a business and a team with strong customer service.
• Strong initiative, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and POS systems.
• Occasional travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Leads and grows a large account team to deliver top-notch client service.
• Builds relationships with client executives and drives KPIs (profitability, safety, engagement).
• Communicates progress, risks, and escalations to leadership.
• Collaborates with stakeholders across departments.
• Ensures program standards and compliance with policies.
• Supports safety, marketing, allergen management, and culinary operations.
• Owns financial results including reporting, forecasting, budgeting.
• Identifies opportunities for improvement and drives change.
• May participate in district leadership and share best practices.
