POP MART Americas Inc. is seeking a District Manager to lead multiple retail stores in the Washington, D.C. area. You will coach store managers, drive sales, manage payroll and budgets, and ensure execution of visual merchandising and brand standards.

You will partner with HR on staffing, conduct business reviews, monitor metrics like sales and conversion, and collaborate on store openings, campaigns, and inventory initiatives. Regular travel across the DMV market is required.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of progressive retail leadership experience.
• Minimum 3-5 years of multi-unit retail management experience.
• Proven success in developing store managers and leadership teams.
• Strong financial acumen with managing sales, payroll and expenses.
• Ability to analyze business performance and drive results.
• Excellent leadership, coaching and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, growing retail environment.
• Willingness to travel frequently across the DMV market.
