Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees preferred.
• 8+ years in sales/commercial roles in pharma/biotech/healthcare.
• 2+ years in direct sales management.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and relocate if needed.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and coaching ability.

Responsibilities

• Translate district strategy into actionable priorities with measurable outcomes.
