Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovation is seeking a dynamic Senior District Manager for Immunology Autoantibody Diseases to lead the Pacific Northwest District, covering Colorado, Nevada, Utah, Northern California, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana and Wyoming. The role emphasizes team leadership, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration to drive sales of FDA-approved Immunology products.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of successful experience in pharmaceutical, or biotech sales specifically selling or managing sales teams for FDA-approved products to licensed healthcare professionals.
• Valid Driver's License in one of the 50 United States.
• Ability to travel up to 60%.
• Residence within the assigned geography or willingness to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Mentor, develop, and inspire a team of RDAEs to achieve sales objectives for Immunology Autoantibody products within the Johnson & Johnson portfolio.
• Strategic Business Planning: Shape and implement business strategies including designing local ecosystem strategic plans and account level strategies.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Brand Marketing, Strategic Customer Group, Commercial Excellence and external stakeholders.
• Customer Engagement: Engage with key influencers to advocate for our product offerings.
