Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant sales/commercial experience in pharma/biotech/healthcare.
• 2+ years of direct sales management experience.
• Travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Translate district strategy into execution with clear priorities and measurable outcomes.
• Drive district performance across immunology and rare disease portfolios.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team through hiring, performance management, and development planning.
• Provide coaching to strengthen selling effectiveness and clinical execution.
• Drive demand generation and care transitions across outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Build relationships with key customers and stakeholders across functions.
• Anticipate market dynamics and adjust strategy accordingly.
• Influence Sales leadership, Medical Affairs, and Marketing with field insights.
• Reinforce accountability, inclusion, and team health during change.
• Adhere to Healthcare Compliance and use AI-enabled tools while protecting privacy.
