AMH is seeking a District Maintenance Manager in Irving, TX. You will lead field turn teams to efficiently maintain a portfolio of homes, ensuring safety, quality, and timely maintenance.

The role emphasizes KPI tracking, cost control, and cross-team collaboration to deliver exceptional service. The position requires a high school diploma or GED with a bachelor’s degree or technical certification preferred, plus 5+ years of supervision in maintenance and 2+ years in project management or capital

Qualifications

• Minimum five years supervising field maintenance with hands-on tool experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or technical training preferred.
• Experience managing budgets, KPIs, and capital expenditures.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team handling turn maintenance operations, logistics, and daily workflow.
• Hire, train, coach, and guide field technicians while monitoring performance and metrics.
• Manage resources, budgets, and KPIs for assigned assets.
• Review maintenance and financial reports and communicate with partners.
• Oversee quality control and vendor performance compliance.
