Job summary

AMH in Irving, TX is seeking a Resident Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of Field Schedulers and Resident Maintenance Specialists across an assigned territory. The role focuses on maintaining properties, coordinating with cross‑functional teams, and driving metrics while coaching staff and onboarding new hires.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or five years of progressive responsibility in a maintenance/call center environment preferred.
Experience in leading teams is required.
Scheduling/Dispatching experience is highly desirable.
Strong planning, organizing, negotiating, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Manage a team of Field Schedulers and Resident Maintenance Specialists, including hiring and onboarding.
Ensure proper scheduled coverage and meet organizational needs.
Monitor performance and coach individuals and teams as needed.
Review vendor bids and ensure service orders are completed satisfactorily.
