Responsibilities

• Supervise and participate in building and facilities maintenance and repair.
• Ensure safety standards and precautions are followed.
• Inspect completed work for accuracy and quality.
• Ensure equipment is in proper working order and maintained.
• Train and counsel subordinate employees.
• Prepare cost estimates for proposed projects.
• Maintain weekly and monthly reports and time records.
