Qualifications

• High School Diploma with 3-5 years of Transportation/Logistics experience and/or 3-5 years of supervisory experience, and willingness to travel to account locations.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, Finance or related fields with 1 year of relevant professional experience or 2-4 years in Transportation/Logistics with 3-5 years of supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated ability to process information accurately, resolve conflicts, analyze situations, adapt to change, build client relationships, and provide excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers and internal teams to identify and resolve issues daily.
• Plan forecasted freight volumes and equipment needs; ensure capacity and compliance.
• Oversee hiring, training, and development to promote and retain staff.
• Lead scheduling to ensure safe, on-time service and optimal resource use.
• Support warehouse activities and assist with loading/unloading and inventory tasks.
• Monitor safety standards and enforce company policies and procedures.
• Manage operations with a focus on profitability and KPI tracking.
• Oversee payroll, invoicing, and timely customer billing.
