Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: High School Diploma with 3-5 years of Transportation/Logistics experience or 2-4 years of supervisory experience, valid driver's license with clean MVR.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business/Management, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data, manage shifts, and lead teams.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee one site/account or fleet and manage warehouse/operational personnel.
• Forecast freight volumes and capacity to ensure coverage and compliance with regulations.
• Plan and assign loads, route freight, and monitor performance and ETAs.
• Ensure safety standards and warehouse operations run smoothly and cost-efficiently.
• Lead payroll, invoicing, and billing accuracy for accounts.
