Job summary

Medline Industries, LP, a global medical supply company, is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to oversee a large distribution center. You will manage day-to-day operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, loading, and inventory control, while establishing procedures to ensure on-time order fulfillment.

Lead, mentor and manage a workforce; partner with sales and HR; ensure safety and OSHA compliance; and control expenses to protect assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and at least 5 years management experience leading warehouse teams.
• High School diploma or equivalent and at least 7 years management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and loading orders.
• Set procedures for verification of shipments and inventory management.
• Lead and measure daily processes to achieve timely order fulfillment.
• Support sales teams and resolve customer service issues.
• Ensure safety practices and OSHA compliance.
• Manage exempt and non-exempt staff and budgeting.
• Communicate effectively and lead teams.
