Medline Industries, LP is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to oversee a large distribution center in Rogers, MN. The role is on-site and full-time, responsible for end-to-end warehouse processes including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and loading of orders.

The candidate will support sales, handle customer service issues, assist HR processes, ensure safety compliance, and manage financials for the DC. Salary range is $116,000–$174,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of warehouse management experience or equivalent.
• Alternative: High School diploma with 7+ years of management experience in a warehouse.
• Experience leading and developing subordinates and engaging teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing and loading orders.
• Establish procedures for verification of shipments and inventory accuracy.
• Lead and measure daily processes to ensure on-time order fulfillment and production.
• Support local sales and leadership to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Assist Sr. Director with resolving customer complaints per OSI process.
• Support HR processes: staffing, performance reviews, training, and development.
• Promote safety with meetings, housekeeping, recordkeeping and OSHA compliance.
• Manage exempt and non-exempt staff and ensure policy adherence.
• Oversee DC financials: control expenses and preserve assets.
• Communicate effectively; demonstrate leadership and presentation skills.
