Medline Industries, LP is seeking an experienced Distribution Center Manager to oversee resources and processes for a large distribution center operation. The role covers day-to-day order fulfillment, process optimization and leadership across multiple managers and supervisors.

You will support sales, manage staff, enforce safety and compliance, and drive financial stewardship of the DC while maintaining high service levels and integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with at least 5 years of management experience leading warehouse teams.
• Equivalent high school diploma with at least 7 years of management experience leading warehouse teams.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing and loading of orders.
• Establish operational procedures for shipment verification, materials handling and inventory accuracy.
• Lead and measure daily processes to ensure timely order fulfillment and production completion with excellence.
• Support sales teams to deliver outstanding customer service and resolve service failures and complaints.

Formation

Bachelor’s Degree and at least 5 years management experience with demonstrated abilities leading and developing subordinates and engaging/supporting warehouse team members

High School diploma or equivalent and at least 7 years management experience with demonstrated abilities leading and developing subordinates and engaging/supporting warehouse team members
