Job summary

Medline Industries, LP seeks a senior Operations leader to oversee a large distribution center, managing day-to-day activities from receiving through loading, while driving safety, accuracy, and customer service standards. Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree and at least 5 years management experience with demonstrated abilities leading and developing subordinates and engaging/supporting warehouse team members.
• OR High School diploma or equivalent and at least 7 years management experience with demonstrated abilities leading and developing subordinates and engaging/supporting warehouse team members.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day distribution center operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and loading of customer orders.
• Establish procedures for verification of shipments, handling of materials, and inventory accuracy.
• Lead and measure daily processes to ensure on-time order fulfillment and production excellence.
• Support local sales reps and leadership to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Resolve service failures and customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Support HR processes at the facility, including staffing, performance reviews, and training.
• Create a culture promoting positive employee relations and safe practices in accordance with OSHA.
