Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a senior distribution center leader to oversee the large, complex operation in a fast-paced environment. You will direct receiving, storage, picking, packing and loading of orders while establishing efficient processes and reporting to senior operations leadership.

The role emphasizes driving operational excellence, ensuring customer service quality, and supporting HR activities such as staffing and training for local facility teams.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree with at least 5 years of warehouse management experience.
• Alternative: High School diploma with at least 7 years of management experience in a warehouse setting.
• Experience in a large distribution center environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day distribution center operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing and loading orders.
• Establish procedures for verification of shipments, materials handling and inventory accuracy.
• Lead daily processes to ensure order fulfillment and production excellence.
• Support sales teams to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Address service failures and customer concerns promptly and effectively.
• Support HR processes including staffing, performance management and training.
• Promote positive employee relations and maintain OSHA compliance.
