The role requires 5+ years of management in a large DC, strong safety, HR support experience, and a track record of reducing costs and improving employee relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of management experience leading warehouse staff.
• High School diploma or equivalent with 7+ years of management experience leading warehouse teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and loading.
• Support sales teams to deliver customer service and respond to service failures.
• Support HR processes: staff sourcing, performance reviews, compensation, training and development.
• Ensure safety compliance with OSHA regulations and maintain safe working practices.
• Manage exempt and non-exempt staff and control DC expenses and assets.
• Communicate effectively in group and individual settings; demonstrate leadership.
