Job summary

Velera Solutions, LLC is seeking a Senior Disputes Insights & Reporting Analyst to own and standardize data reporting, build dashboards, and provide executive-level analytics. You will develop BI solutions using Power BI, Qlik Sense, and Tableau, while ensuring data quality and governance across disputes, chargebacks, and fraud domains.

The role emphasizes remote-first collaboration, KPI governance, and data storytelling to drive business improvements.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in SQL development (including query creation and modification, dataset creation, table maintenance, and large-scale data analysis) or MIS reporting and analysis required.
• 2 years of experience creating and modifying macros, queries and tables.
• Power BI expertise including DAX, Power Query, data manipulation, complex visualizations, dashboards, and calculations.
• Experience working with other BI tools such as Qlik Sense, and Tableau Data modeling, ETL/data pipeline, and metadata governance experience.
• Knowledge of disputes, chargebacks, fraud operations, and case-management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and standardize reporting and data; reconcile data with financial results as needed.
• Design and deploy reporting to reconcile operational and financial data.
• Build dashboards, scorecards, KPIs, and executive reporting solutions using Power BI and BI platforms.
• Investigate data issues and document analysis and resolutions; ensure data quality.
• Maintain KPI, dashboard, metadata, and version-control documentation.
