Qualifications

• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Experience with ELD technology is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools is required.
• 5+ years of Dispatch/Customer Service experience needed.

Responsibilities

• Plan and assign delivery routes to drivers.
• Create and communicate work schedules.
• Train and guide drivers on processes.
• Schedule preventative maintenance for trucks.
• Serve as a point of escalation for drivers.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Familiar with ELD technology (Samsara a plus)

Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel Outlook, etc.)
