You will manage dispatching, logistics oversight, and communication with customers, sales, and management; attend required meetings and uphold DOT and OSHA standards while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
• Strong computer knowledge and data entry skills.
• Experience in building products knowledge is not required here; focus on dispatch/logistics experience.
• Ability to read and interpret delivery routes and maps is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Dispatching & Logistics Management: schedule and dispatch delivery crews, maximize branch profitability, ensure accurate communications.
• Logistics Oversight: verify truck pre-delivery accuracy and monitor labor costs as needed.
• Communication & Service: build and maintain customer relationships, provide timely delivery updates to customers and management, uphold professional contact.
• Miscellaneous: attend meetings, adhere to DOT/OSHA standards, support company values and policies.
