Job summary

Global Transloading, LLC is seeking a Dispatcher to serve as the operational nerve center of high-volume fleet logistics for civil and heavy construction projects. You will manage daily scheduling and coordinate movements across active job sites using modern software and a proactive field team.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of dispatching experience, strong communication, and the ability to adapt quickly to fast-paced conditions while ensuring on-time delivery and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of dispatching experience in heavy industrial or construction sectors.
• Outgoing personality with strong detail orientation and resilience in fast-paced settings.
• Advanced computer proficiency and mastery of digital dispatch or routing software.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for leadership under pressure.
• Experience coordinating union drivers or multi-sector logistics.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch heavy equipment and fleet assets to optimize daily schedules.
• Track real-time routes and resolve routing bottlenecks promptly.
• Direct field drivers, mechanics, and site managers under changing conditions.
• Maintain accurate scheduling logs, work orders, and dispatch docs.
• Monitor driver hours and equipment availability for compliance.
• Communicate project updates to managers and clients to ensure on-time delivery.
