Job summary

You will shape and execute the disease state training strategy, build scalable curricula, and partner with Commercial, Medical, Legal, and Regulatory teams to ensure compliant, high-impact learning experiences.

Qualifications

• RN required and active licensure.
• 6–10 years of pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Experience in training, commercial learning, disease state education, field capability building.
• Translate complex scientific concepts into practical learning solutions.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Experience with LMS and digital learning platforms.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to disease state training strategy and roadmap aligned to business priorities.
• Design, develop, review, and continuously improve disease state training materials.
• Create curricula to build field capability across disease education, clinical landscape, patient journey, and standards of care.
• Identify capability gaps with stakeholders and develop learning solutions to close them.
• Plan annual learning priorities, timelines, and execution plans.
• Deliver training across instructor-led, virtual, self-directed, and digital formats.
