Job summary

Contact Government Services (CGS) seeks a Senior Discovery Business and System Analyst to support the Legal portfolio and Discovery Program. The role emphasizes documenting processes, conducting gap analyses, and validating IT solutions to enhance efficiency and capability.

As part of a fast-paced team, you will collect materials, build a requirements database, and develop test scripts to assess product fit. The position offers full-time executive-level responsibilities with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Document and manage new and existing business processes to facilitate training, analysis, and redesign.
• Analyze existing processes to identify efficiency improvements.
• Analyze operational requirements and perform gap analysis for modifications to processes.
• Create and maintain a requirements database documenting how each requirement is supported.
• Validate that proposed solutions meet underlying needs.
• Collect materials from providers to support identified requirements.
• Document and manage functional capabilities provided by IT solutions.
• Assess capabilities against requirements to identify technology gaps.
• Compare materials from providers and deliver an Analysis of Alternatives for the PMO.
• Validate that proposed solutions deliver new business capabilities.
• Build and execute test scripts to evaluate capabilities for purchase decisions.
• Review solution configurations to keep an accurate view of capabilities.
• Perform other systems analysis research and documentation tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide business and IT systems analysis support as part of the Discovery Program.
