Job summary

Contact Government Services (CGS) seeks a Senior Discovery Business and System Analyst to support the Legal portfolio. The role focuses on documenting and improving business processes, conducting gap analyses, and evaluating IT solutions to meet critical requirements.

You will build a requirements database, validate proposed solutions, and guide optimization across programs. As part of a fast-paced team, you will collect market materials, perform impact analyses, and develop thorough test

Qualifications

• Document and manage new and existing business processes to facilitate training, analysis, and redesign.
• Conduct thorough analysis of existing and new business processes to identify opportunities for improving workforce efficiency.
• Analyze operational business requirements and perform gap analysis for modifications to existing processes.
• Create and maintain a requirements database documenting how each requirement is supported.
• Validate that proposed solutions meet underlying needs.
• Collect marketing materials from industry providers that claim to satisfy requirements.
• Document and manage new and existing functional capabilities provided by IT solutions.
• Analyze capabilities against requirements to find technology gaps affecting processes.

Responsibilities
