CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) seeks a Senior Discovery Business and System Analyst to support legal accounts and enhance the company’s portfolio. You will document, analyze, and redesign business processes, validate requirements, and produce an evidence-based Analysis of Alternatives for program management.

Qualifications

• Document and manage new and existing business processes to facilitate training, analysis, and redesign.
• Thorough analysis of existing and new business processes to identify opportunities for improving workforce efficiency.
• Analyze operational business requirements and conduct gap analysis for modifications to processes.
• Create and maintain a requirements database documenting how each requirement is supported.
• Validate that proposed solutions meet underlying needs.
• Collect marketing materials from providers to satisfy identified requirements.
• Document and manage functional capabilities provided by IT solutions.
• Analyze capabilities vs requirements to identify technology gaps affecting processes.
• Compare provider materials and deliver an Analysis of Alternatives for PMO prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute test scripts to evaluate capabilities and compare products for purchase recommendations.
• Review solution configuration changes to maintain an accurate picture of business capabilities.
• Perform other systems analysis research and documentation tasks as assigned.
