The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in nursing, case management, or related field, with at least two years of related experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in nursing, case management, or related field.
• Two years of case management experience in occupational health, disability management, workers’ compensation, or related setting.
• Experience reviewing medical records and functional capacity information.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and manages transitional work and return-to-work programs for injured or disabled employees.
• Reviews medical documentation and work restrictions to determine appropriate accommodation and transitional work assignments.
• Monitors employee progress and adjusts return-to-work plans based on medical updates and functional capabilities.
• Maintains accurate and timely documentation of case activities, communications, accommodations, and outcomes.
• Serves as a liaison with employees, managers, HR staff, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to facilitate case coordination and resolution.
• Provides education for employees and managers on accommodation, return-to-work, and Workers’ Compensation processes.
• Participates in case conferences and claim review meetings as needed.
