Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and manages transitional work and return-to-work programs for injured or disabled employees.
• Reviews medical documentation and work restrictions to determine accommodations.
• Monitors progress and adjusts return-to-work plans based on updates.
• Maintains accurate documentation of case activities and outcomes.
• Liaises with employees, managers, HR staff, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders.
• Provides education on accommodation, return-to-work, and Workers’ Compensation processes.
• Participates in case conferences and claim review meetings.
