Nationwide Children’s Hospital seeks a dedicated professional to oversee disability and workers’ compensation programs, coordinating with internal teams and vendors to review records and administer claims.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and 3 years’ WC/FMLA administration experience, with proficiency in Workday, Kronos, Sedgwick, and other TPAs. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills are essential.
Oversees the disability and workers’ compensation program for the organization. Acts as a liaison between internal partners and third-party administrator to review records, investigates claims, and assists in the evaluation of current offerings. Serves as the point of contact for injured staff. Partners with multiple lines of business, in order to successfully administer LOA, FMLA programs. Reviews current process flow and makes enhancements as appropriate.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, related field, or equivalent experience, required.
