New Avenues for Youth in Portland, OR seeks a strategic Senior Director to oversee youth workforce development and social enterprise initiatives. This role leads both program outcomes and enterprise performance, shaping a model that aligns employment pathways with education.

You will build partnerships, supervise senior leaders, and drive revenue growth while advancing equity and inclusion across communities.

Qualifications

Minimum five years of leadership in workforce development or related fields.
Strong financial and business acumen with a track record of revenue and sustainability.
Entrepreneurial, results-oriented mindset with ability to drive opportunities and measurable outcomes.
Experience managing complex programs, contracts, and budgets.
Commitment to equity and working with diverse communities.
Advanced degree (MBA or related) preferred.

Responsibilities
