Job summary

Schultz Family Foundation seeks a Director, Opportunity Youth to lead the development, refinement and implementation of the Opportunity Youth initiatives. You will build scalable, multi‑sector strategies that unlock pathways to employment for disconnected youth and veterans and represent SFF as an external voice.

You will manage a catalytic portfolio and collaborate with partners to ensure impact, equity, and measurable results while leading a small team reporting to the Executive Director.

Qualifications

• Ten years minimum of leadership experience in the private, public, and/or nonprofit sector(s) (ideally all three).
• Track record of success building collaborative partnerships with government leaders, private sector, funders, nonprofit advocates and communities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and collaborate on national strategies with leaders across corporate, government and nonprofit sectors.
• Cultivate cross‑sector partnerships with business leaders, policy‑makers and opportunity youth organizations.
• Develop transformative relationships with private sector leaders to advance the Foundation's work.
• Form a nationally recognized Opportunity Youth Advisory Board to guide the Foundation.
