Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of Youth Development professional experience including staff management.
• HHSC Program Director certification or ability to become certified.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• Bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program delivery for afterschool and camp across multiple sites.
• Lead staff development, coaching, and mentoring of program directors.
• Ensure compliance with state/local health and safety regulations and licensing standards.
• Manage program budgets and enrollment to meet financial objectives.
• Build relationships with principals, parents, staff, and community partners.
